What account information is stored?
Account information stored includes your email address, display name, phone number, country, subscription plan, and connected installation details.
Where is my audio content stored?
Audio files, playlists, and settings remain on your computer. SoundBoard Pro does not collect audio, playlist contents, or behavioral analytics. When you sign in, it records a random installation ID, device name, Windows version, app version, and last-seen time for account security and support.
When will you hear from us?
Account-related emails may be sent when necessary.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. SoundBoard Pro never handles or stores your payment card information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting support@soundboardpro.app.
